Kadi Diallo
Kadi is an LA-based writer and self-taught animator. Born in Harlem and raised as one of nine in a West African household, she writes with a deep understanding of what it means to fight for a turn to speak. She’s drawn to ensemble comedies about chaos, connection, and the weird beauty of being stuck with people.
Kadi has also worked across scripted, news, and late-night TV productions like The Tonight Show and Saturday Night Live. She currently works as a Creative Department Assistant at Netflix. She was recently selected for the NBCUniversal Graphics Mentorship Program and is developing an animated short with support from the Creatives Rebuild New York Grant.
