You can also make a tribute or memorial gift through our online donation form in the “Dedicate Your Donation” section. Honorees will receive notification of the gift via an email or e-card of your choosing.

Monthly Giving

Donations can be made monthly as part of our WGFriends program. When you give monthly, you're contributing to our long-term financial stability (and joining one of Hollywood’s coolest donor clubs). To learn more, click here.

Residuals & Legacy Gifts

Designating the Writers Guild Foundation as the beneficiary to receive your residuals and/or making a bequest to the WGF are thoughtful ways to ensure our future success and honor the legacy of your writing career.

Here is some sample bequest language for discussion with your attorney: “I give to the Writers Guild Foundation (EIN 23-7024900), currently located at 7000 W 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90048, the sum of $_____ (or _____% of my estate) to be used for general operating support.”

Fundraisers

Facebook fundraisers make it easy to support the causes that are important to you. (AKA, WGF!) Start a fundraiser in honor of a birthday, graduation, TV show renewal, or other celebration and help raise awareness and funds for all we do to support the writing community.

Shop & Give

• WGF’s Amazon Wishlist - We’re always adding titles to our collection in the Shavelson-Webb Library. Help us stock the shelves with screenwriting wisdom by donating a book from our Amazon Wishlist to the Foundation.

• Ralph’s Community Contribution Program - Register your Ralphs Shopper’s Card online here and select “Writers Guild Foundation” as your charity of choice. Our Organization Number is CE542. When shopping for groceries using your Shopper’s Card, Ralphs will donate up to 4% (i.e. $4 for every $100 spent) to the WGF.
