Don Charles
Don Charles is a stand-up comedian and TV writer. A Costa Rican American from Texas, he performs all over Los Angeles and produces Jetlagged Comedy, a weekly comedy show at Hostelling International Santa Monica. His newsletter's op-eds and short stories have been featured from Business Insider to The Hollywood Assistant to the academic journals at Sapienza University in Italy. His experience includes being an executive assistant for Lionsgate and Participant Media, and he currently works as a Locations Coordinator on the Universal Studios Lot. His writers group of 5 years, "Future EGOTS Anonymous", still meets weekly, many of whom work as development executives, TV writers, and support staff. Don is actively seeking opportunities on sitcoms and late night.
