Volunteer for the Library and Archive

Volunteers play an important role in the library and archive functions of organizing scripts and other donated ephemera and preparing them for patron use. Our working hours are Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM and volunteers usually come in for full days or half days. Tasks vary but generally require research, great attention to detail, and the ability to focus on one project over the course of multiple days. To become a volunteer, please complete the form below so we can find an appropriate project based on your interests and background. No experience is necessary - we will train you in what we do. We also supervise internships and field work placements for MLIS and history students so if you are interested, please indicate that.
