Writing Outside the Color Lines: Women Writers of Color on Storytelling and Perspective

TV writers are often expected to voice characters outside their cultural identity. This panel, in partnership with Stephens College MFA in Television and Screenwriting, will focus on the experiences of women writers of color in bringing authenticity to telling stories across all color lines.

Moderated by Valerie C. Woods (SOUL FOOD, ANY DAY NOW, TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL), Adjunct Faculty, Stephens College MFA in Television and Screenwriting
